He started off by learning to frame houses and quickly moved forward to starting his own framing company and became one of the best framing crews doing tract homes and apartments from the Coachella valley to LA. After gaining more knowledge he became a general contractor that produced many tract developments including the villas at the Hideaway, which bolstered him into the custom home development side. He has been building custom homes now for 25+ years and has produced over 80 custom homes in numerous high end developments from Big Horn Country Club to Madison Country Club. Cole Tuvell joined Mike 10 years ago full time and has never looked back. He spent hours with his dad when he was building tract homes fascinated by all the building aspects and learning how to do different trades from a young age. While in high school he started working on the clean up crew sweeping out houses and digging utility trenches and through his high school years worked with varies subcontractors to learn the trades and become more and more knowledgeable about the industry. He is now President of CMT Construction, Inc. and is looking forward to dedicating his time to become the best and most trusted contractor in the valley and creating his own legacy next to his dad.
